Rachel Garvey founded Veho Solutions, formerly Rachel Bowen associates in 2005. Since then, Veho Solutions drivers have completed over 250,000 hours of driving and delivered over 100 events for some of the world’s most respected motoring brands including Rolls-Royce, BMW, Mercedes-Benz & Jaguar Land Rover. Over the years, Rachel has grown and developed the company into a brand which provides far more than just drivers. Rachel has tested and developed a bespoke web system named Veho Genie. This systems allows Veho Solutions to manage contractors, run event logistics, and invoice clients all in one place.
Rachel strongly believes in high standards in all parts of the business, “I have a strong belief in creating an environment where exceptional standards can be achieved and this is reflected in the consistently high level of service we provide in every aspect of what we do. I believe this has been a major contributing factor in the growth of our business – almost all of our business comes from word of mouth recommendation. In fact, 80% of our business is from repeat customers and partners who trust us with their brands, their customers and their vehicles.”
Tom Bowen joined Veho, after receiving First Class Honours in Business Enterprise at The University of Buckingham. Starting in January 2016 Tom operated as Business Development Manager, looking to continue the growth of Veho Solutions, not just in the events industry, but in providing chauffeurs for individual clients.
After successfully achieving this goal, Tom was promoted to Marketing Director in June 2018. This position requires a continued development of strategies to generate new business, and grow the profile of Veho Solutions. Tom has also assisted Rachel Rice in developing the strategy to make Veho Genie available to the commercial market.
Tom also works as Veho Solutions’ Events Lead covering projects such as The Open Championship and The ATP World Tour finals, often managing sub-events alongside the main event.
Sian Vogel joined Veho, after receiving a First Class Honours in Events Management at Falmouth University. Since her arrival in December 2021, Sian assumed the role of Operations and Administration Manager. In this position, she plays a crucial role in maintaining the companies day to day operations seamlessly and ensuring compliance is up to date.
Sian’s expertise extends beyond conventional event management, successfully handling private chauffeur bookings and a key role in contractor onboarding. As a primary contact for onboarding drivers, Sian manages new driver enquiries and ensures their rapid integration, contributing to a seamless experience.
Sian has also worked on high-profile events such as G7 and COP26, where she managed VIP transport logistics.
Lisa joined Veho in November 2022 and brought with her a wealth of administration experience.
Lisa assists the administrative operations in the company, ensuring timely and effective resolution to driver enquiries as well as managing incoming calls from both new and existing clients and handling monthly invoicing.
In November 2023, Nicol joined Veho as Marketing Executive, bringing extensive experience from prior positions in both agency and in-house marketing.
Nicol has previously worked with Veho on the compliance and events side of the business, namely working on The ATP World Tour Finals and The Open Championship assisting with Transport Logistics.
