May 2013, Champions League Final at Wembley

RBA were delighted to provide transportation and on site management services in conjunction with 1st Class Cars for the Champions League Final at Wembley Stadium in May 2013. The first all-German final between Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich, took place in front of an 87,000 strong crowd with Bayern winning the match 2-1. Having hosted the 2011 final, Wembley made history for being the first stadium in the tournament’s history to host the final twice in three years.

RBA and 1st Class Cars provided seamless logistics and transportation services before, during and after the event, moving players, VIPs and officials around the South of England over a month long period including 3 separate elements. The two companies worked together on site 24hrs a day over the course of the main event, providing transport solutions to the teams wherever required. Using a fleet of 175 Ford vehicles, drivers overcame challenges including, airport closures, traffic gridlock and tight deadlines.
