It’s hard to believe that it has been a year since our re-launch and now seems an appropriate time to give our clients and stakeholders a quick update on the last 12 months.
Since re-launch, Veho Solutions has enjoyed one of its busiest years to date, once again supporting a wide range of high-profile events and clients throughout an exciting few months. We have been involved with events for a number of new and existing clients including:
In addition to our extensive work in the UK, we have been widening our reach by delivering projects across Europe in Nice, Basel, Brussels, Ibiza, Paris and the Alps.
We continue to make plans with exciting new clients, having been appointed by a number of premium motor manufacturers and sports marketing agencies to work on prestigious events such as the Mercury Music Awards.
We are delighted to announce the expansion of the Veho team with the welcome addition of our new Office Manager, Emma Ashby, who has joined the business to assist with invoicing, administration, and back-end event operations. Emma also supports us on-site at a number of events.
She has a wealth of experience at many high profile events including the London 2012 Olympic Games. Easy going and professional, she is the perfect addition to the Veho team and we’re pleased she has chosen to join us for the foreseeable future.
We have a number of fantastic new drivers and instructors working with us and we have expanded our Front of House team with a number of multi-lingual international staff who operate for us both in the UK and abroad.
We continue to be at the forefront of technology having upgraded our internet based systems and now offer our bespoke on-line booking platform to all our clients. This followed successful trials at Goodwood Revival and the Ryder Cup. Our system offers a web-based booking and job allocation system which makes for effective and efficient events.
The system came in to its own recently at the ATP World Tour Finals at the 02 where we worked on behalf of the ATP and Mercedes-Benz. The Veho team worked tirelessly over a 2 week period to ensure the players, their families and their core teams were looked after around the clock. Being able to call on the booking system at all times of the day and night ensured a smooth and incredibly well executed service to some of the tennis world’s most important stars.
To maintain our high standards and to continue to build on our strong team spirit, we are planning to hold our first company conference in early 2015. The event will encompass skills and brand training as well as elements on areas such as tax planning and IT skills which will help our team to operate effectively in their roles.
I want to thank the whole Veho team for their work over the past year and look forward to another busy year in 2015.
